1. What do I need to provide for my portrait?
You’ll just need to send me 3-4 clear reference photos of your pet(s) or family members. For pets, I need to be able to see their coloring and features such as length of tail. For hoomans, please send me pics  of them in nice(ish) clothes The better the photo, the more accurate and detailed the artwork will be.

 

2. How do I place an order?

• Choose your portrait style (watercolor or digital).

• Decide on the number of pets/people.

3. Do you offer revisions?
Yes — I provide one round of minor revisions (such as adjusting colors or small details). For major changes or additional revisions, an extra fee may apply.

4. How long does it take?

• Digital portraits: around 1–3 weeks.

• Watercolor portraits: around 3–6 weeks (plus shipping time if you want the original painting).
  Turnaround may vary depending on my current waitlist.

5. Do you paint backgrounds?
typically, no! But I can do backgrounds digitally and there will be an additional fee of at least $75, depending on the complexity of the background.

6. How will I receive my portrait?

• Watercolor: I’ll ship the original painting to you. For those residing in SG, I'll include a frame. For international customers, please email me to get a quote. We are unable to ship to the US at the moment.

• Digital: You’ll receive a high-resolution file via email. A physical copy will not be provided but you are free to make as many copies as you wish.

7. Can I use the artwork commercially?
Portraits are for personal use only. If you’d like to use your artwork commercially (for products, branding, or merchandise), a commercial license fee applies. This includes the working files and one extra round of revisions.
